    • Organization and payment of all expenses relating to the property such as bills for electricity and water supply, cable TV, Internet etc. on your behalf and at your expense
    • Organization and payment of the annual property tax and waste collection fees

  • Property management and renting out
    The annual fee is 230 euros for one-bedroom apartment and 250 euros for a two-bedroom apartment and a commission of 20 % of the incomes of renting out as well and covers the following:

     

    • Assured occupancy rate – marketing the property to tour operators and travel agencies
    • Advertising of the property in view attracting suitable tenants
    • Organization of the issue of any categorization papers, licenses required by the law for the rent of the property
    • Management of reservations and payments, check-in and reception services
    • Registration of the tenants and payment of tourist taxes
    • Daily cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, when the apartment is occupied by tourists, change and laundry of linen and towels
    • Weekly visiting of the property ( when it’s not occupied ), monthly report
    • Payment of current bills, local taxes and fees on your behalf and at your expense
